                   A RESOLUTION FIXING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
                   ON GOLDEN GATEWAY URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT NO.
                   TN. R-10.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 WHEREAS, The Chattanooga Housing Authority has advised
       the City Council of the City of Chattanooga that the Urban 
Renewal
       Project No. TN. R-10, of the City of Chattanooga, has reached the 

       stage of development wherein it is necessary and proper to hold a 

       public hearing regarding amendment or modification of same, and
       has requested the City Council to hold such hearing.
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the date and place for the public
       hearing on the above-captioned Project be and is hereby fixed on
       October 23, 1990 at 6:30 P.M. at the City Council Meeting Room,
       City Hall in the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee; 

       and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council is
       hereby directed to make publication of notice of said meeting.
